May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month and as a rider myself, I take motorcycle safety very seriously.  I want to take this opportunity to share some information on motorcycle safety and encourage all drivers and motorcyclists to share the road with each other. In 2014, 4,586 motorcyclists were killed in traffic crashes and 88,000 motorcyclists were injured.  Those deaths account for 14 percent of the total highway fatalities that year. $2,000,000 verdict achieved by Gregory W. Bagen in wrongful death case

Attorney Gregory W. Bagen has successfully achieved a verdict of over $2 million on behalf of his client in a wrongful death lawsuit. The victim in this case was hit from behind while riding his motorcycle. The defendant was found negligent as a results of following at an unsafe distance, thereby causing the accident and the subsequent death of the victim. Attorney Bagen represented the widow of the accident victim and fought for compensation for lost earnings, lost household services and lost benefits.
